I know I'm in the minority here, (God knows how long I've been trying to be "in" a minority), but I think these pics of Scarlett only manage to confirn my belief that this chick is only 2 Sprinkles Cupcakes away from being Kelly Osborne. Nonetheless, she is a girl. In a bikini. Wet. Regardless if her breasts do look fake in the shot on the right, (and yes, I know that we've been told they're not, but who the fuck knows anymore?), she's still kinda hot right now when you don't look directly at her Haylie Duff Nose Starter Kit. And don't get me started on that freakin bikini from 1987. Nice print.
