Avril Lavigne was at the premier of the new DreamWorks animated feature 'Over The Hedge' in Cannes. Avril looks rather womanly, except for the prison stripes. Honestly, I never know she was capable of filling out a dress, especially one like that. Now I believe Avril should step it up another notch. Can you see her in a full out lingerie spread? Now THAT would be NICE!
