Liz Hurley has been axed from 'Project Catwalk' - because bosses think she is too wooden.
The 'Austin Powers' actress has been sacked as the host of the Sky One programme because producers grew tired of her lacklustre displays.
Show chiefs are now looking for someone with "personality and pizzazz" to front the second series - which has wannabe fashion designers compete for a top job.
A show insider told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It doesn't matter if the person is not a stick-thin model or a fashion queen. We want someone who sizzles on camera."
The producers of the series insist they do not have anyone lined up to take over from Hurley and are planning on drawing up a short-list over the next few weeks.
